Hemp Seed vs Fish Oil?

Fish oil is good for your heart, mind, and cholesterol, plus it has so many other great benefits. I would go with that one.

What is hemp seed oil used for?

I just bought some tanning lotion and was reading the ingredients to check for lanolin which I'm allergic to, and I saw hemp seed oil (Cannabis Sativa). I was quite surprised. Is it good for your skin, and what do they use it for?
