CBD Oil Health Benefits – Questions and Answers

Healthiest way to induce cannibus?Alt. Ways to induce cannibus? Any ideas people?
With quickest effects??
Also does anyone know of a similar substance or plant that produces cannibus like effects?

TargetCBDFirst of all, you are not using induce correctly (to succeed in persuading or influencing (someone) to do something). Maybe you meant ingest? That would only refer to eating it though. Consume would be the best word to use imo.Second, it is spelled cannabis. Also, wutsupdoc, you are the worst of the worst. You’re doing a disservice to the entire world by spreading your ignorance just for the sake of trying to get a best answer. Now, let me answer your question. The fastest, healthy way is vaporization. By heating your weed up to a relatively low temperature such as 220 degrees fahrenheit, the thc and similar compounds begin to vaporize. Unlike smoking, this doesn’t send burnt plant matter into your lungs. HOWEVER, your high will be different. Imo i enjoy smoking more, as it is a more drowsy, heavy high. Vaporization doesn’t have this aspect. It is much more clear. You can still get baked off your ass though. There is however an even better way to get high. Hash. Hash is the tiny trichomes of thc found on the surface of the bud, collected, and mashed together to form a block. It is much much closer to pure thc. It is very tasty, gets you much higher much faster, and does not contain all the plant matter that would become carcinogens if you were to smoke it. It can even be chewed. The only thing more potent is hash oil.Eating marijuana is the most powerful, least dangerous way of consuming. It is also the slowest, and requires the most bud. Adding a good amount of hash, hash oil, or cannabutter to a food product and eating it will get you higher than smoking ever can. It might take an hour or two before you feel the effects though.STAY AWAY FROM FAKE WEED.
There are synthetic cannabanoids out there marketed as spice, k2, etc. This stuff gets you retarded high almost instantly. It’s pretty amazing, however, this stuff has horrible side effects. It will make you more paranoid than you’ve ever been. You will freak out, not know why, and freak out more. Then your heart will start pounding, and you will freak out even more. It really isn’t dangerous per se, but i know people who have gone to the hospital believing that they are dying and i don’t blame them because that is what it feels like. Not only that you are dying, but that you are aware of the fact that you are dying. It’s all just a horrible downward spiral. If you do decide to try it, go ahead, but don’t take more than one hit. The high also doesn’t last nearly as long. There are other drugs out there such as marinol that the pharmaceutical companies push. However you will have a very hard time finding it and it isn’t worth it. It doesn’t possess even half the recreational and medicinal benefits of marijuana. Stick to weed/hash. And to be honest, you really shouldn’t care too much about health. Cannabis does contain more carcinogens per hit than tobacco, but you don’t smoke nearly as much. In fact, thc and cbd actually inhibits cancer growth. Cannabis is also a brochiodilator, meaning it opens up your airways. It is also an expectorant meaning it increases secretion in your lung encouraging you to cough up anything that may be in them. Also, your lungs do not have thc receptors. They DO have nicotine receptors. That is why tobacco is associated with lung cancer and marijuana is not. This should go without saying but if you choose to do drugs, it is your responsibility to find a safe place to do it, at a time when you know you won’t have other responsibilities. Do not drive unless you have smoked hundreds of times and know it won’t impair you. If you’re going to pick any drug to use, marijuana is among the absolute safest. The only drugs i know to be as safe are laughing gas and acid/shrooms. I suggest you spend as much of your psychonauting with these drugs. Not only are they the safest as you cannot overdose or get cancer from them, they are also not addictive and the most inspiring. Alcohol, contrary to popular belief, does not cause permanent brain damage. It does however cause permanent liver damage and you can overdose.
Why can a pharmaceutical company make a synthetic THC pill, but we can’t have the real thing?Http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth…
According to this, symptoms include “sudden warm feeling, feeling like you are outside of your body, elevated mood, strange or unusual thoughts, and sleepiness.” Huh. Sounds a lot like being high to me.In some ways, I guess we should be thankful. If you could patent a plant, then marijuana would be legal and we’d be paying through the nose at the pharmacy just so the money could flow into the hands of swindling fat cats.

TargetCBDSame reason they can make Methadone. Methadone is synthetic heroin, and its legal for the pharmaceutical companies to manufacture, but REAL heroin of course, is not.I don’t know why Marinol is legal while MMJ is not legal in all states. Synthetic THC has been proven to be less effective than natural THC. Here’s some info on it.I. Marinol Lacks Several of the Therapeutic Compounds Available in Natural CannabisChemical compounds in cannabis, known as cannabinoids, are responsible for its numerous therapeutic benefits. Scientists have identified 66 naturally occurring cannabinoids. The active ingredient in Marinol, synthetic delta-9-tetrahyrdocannabinol (THC), is an analogue of one such compound, THC. However, several other cannabinoids available in cannabis — in addition to naturally occurring terpenoids (oils) and flavonoids (phenols) — have also been clinically demonstrated to possess therapeutic utility. Many patients favor natural cannabis to Marinol because it includes these other therapeutically active cannabinoids. For example, cannabidol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid that has been clinically demonstrated to have analgesic, antispasmodic, anxiolytic, antipsychotic, antinausea, and anti-rheumatoid arthritic properties.Animal and human studies have shown CBD to possess anti-convulsant properties, particularly in the treatment of epilepsy. Natural extracts of CBD, when administered in combination with THC, significantly reduce pain, spasticity and other symptoms in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients unresponsive to standard treatment medications.Clinical studies also demonstrate CBD to be neuroprotective against glutamate neurotoxicity (i.e. Stroke), cerebral infarction (localized cell death in the brain), and ethanol-induced neurotoxicity, with CBD being more protective against glutamate neurotoxicity than either ascorbate (vitamin C) or alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E). Clinical trials have also shown CBD to possess anti-tumoral properties, inhibiting the growth of glioma (brain tumor) cells in a dose dependent manner and selectively inducing apoptosis (programmed cell death) in malignant cells.Additional cannabinoids possessing clinically demonstrated therapeutic properties include: cannabinol (anticonvulsant and anti-inflammatory activity); cannabichromine (anti-inflammatory and antidepressant activity); and cannabigerol (anti-tumoral and analgesic activity). Natural cannabis’ essential oil components (terpenoids) exhibit anti-inflammatory properties and its flavonoids possess antioxidant activity. Emerging clinical evidence indicates that cannabinoids may slow disease progression in certain autoimmune and neurologic diseases, including multiple sclerosis (MS), Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig’s disease) and Huntington’s Disease.Clinical data indicate that the synergism of these compounds is likely more efficacious than the administration of synthetic THC alone. For example, McPartland and Russo write: “Good evidence shows that secondary compounds in cannabis may enhance beneficial effects of THC. Other cannabinoid and non-cannabinoid compounds in herbal cannabis … May reduce THC-induced anxiety, cholinergic deficits, and immunosuppression. Cannabis terpenoids and flavonoids may also increase cerebral blood flow, enhance cortical activity, kill respiratory pathogens, and provide anti-inflammatory activity.”In an in vitro model of epilepsy, natural cannabis extracts performed better than THC alone. In human trials, patients suffering from multiple sclerosis experienced greater symptomatic relief from sublingual natural cannabis extracts than from the administration of oral THC. In 2005, Health Canada approved the oral spray Sativex — which contains precise ratios of the natural cannabinoid extracts THC and CBD, among other compounds — for prescription use for MS-related symptoms.
